Henrike Duchon
Member of the board
After graduating in economics, Henrike Duchon (b. 1945) lectured in economic theory, business administration and commercial law at various universities of applied science. On leaving academia for the world of business, she took over the position of general manager in a mid-cap firm with a special mandate to break into the new Eastern European markets. This involved building up a sales, marketing and service network in Hungary, organising purchasing operations in Asia and consolidating the entire logistics chain.
In 1993, Ms Duchon set up SKP's consulting office in Munich and launched the company's career reorientation services for specialist and managerial personnel. While expanding the service portfolio, she also broadened her team development, conflict management and organisational consulting skills. Today, she coaches top performers and advises corporate decision-makers on forward-looking human resources management.
Ms Duchon joined the SKP Board of Directors in 2004.
