The decision to adopt a mix of workshops and one-on-one consultancy sessions is a conscious one. We know from experience that certain themes are best approached in a group context. You benefit from the wealth of experience and ideas of the other participants and absorb the positive energy generated in the group sessions.

All participants have different personal qualities and work experience, and the need for individual support varies during the consultancy project. Our concept thus includes a certain number of individual consultancy sessions. In these one-on-ones, you can clarify specific issues with the consultant, discuss your own application activities and prepare for, or follow-up on, job interviews.

All activities are targeted, planned and binding

Our top priority is to make you fit for the employment market. From the outset, all activities are directed towards this objective and meticulously planned. We set out the milestones that you and we are to achieve, how, when and in what form. And we outline any further measures that may be necessary. With your help, the consultant will draw up a plan of activities. We make sure that timelines are adhered to and targets are met. Winning the applications race is all about moving fast and flexibly. We estimate that 70 percent of all vacancies today are not publicly advertised and form what is termed the "hidden job market". We probe the concealed opportunities in this rapidly expanding area, in addition to the openings emerging on the open employment market.

We set up a job forum for you at the consultancy location. Participants in the forum are employment market experts who

• actively search for vacant positions on the open and hidden job markets
• present our client profiles to appropriate companies
• inform you about all the suitable job offers their research turns up
• discuss with you the best approach when deciding to go ahead with an application.

Naturally, our consultants also pool information on current job offers, activities and successes.
