Over 30 years ago, the founder of the company, Dr. Stoebe, together with the inventor of the EKS®-Strategy, Prof. h.c. Wolfgang Mewes (http://www.wolfgangmewes.de/eks-die_strategie.htm), developed an outplacement process which considered both the characteristics of the German labour market as well as the German mentality. This invention of the outplacement process for the German labour market and the foundation of SKP AG was the cornerstone for the whole branch.
